Watering is one of the only challenges of caring for a haworthia retusa. Like most succulents, it doesn’t need frequent watering, causing many owners to accidentally overwater the plant. Allow the soil to dry out between each watering. During the summer, water the soil sparingly.

4.fertilizer -Avoid summer fertilizing as Haworthias are in a 6 to 8 weeks rest period.

Haworthia retusa is known succulent to have shiny, green star-shaped rosettes. It is a small, rosette forming succulent which is perennial. The leaves are thick, triangular, translucent, and green in color. The species has leaf-top windows, which are shiny.
