Description
They can grow to 2 feet in height and width with blossoms that are typically borne above the leaves in large, upright clusters of five petals with yellow stamens. The flowers can last anywhere from seven days to a month. ... The colorful kalanchoe is attractive to bees, butterflies, and birds.
Plant care and instruction
The hearty plant does well with minimal water, requiring a complete saturation only every few weeks or so (and even less often during the winter months). Let the soil of your Kalanchoe dry out completely in between waterings (this helps to prevent root rot), then water to the point of saturation.

Special features
Kalanchoes are nocturnal oxygenators. Which means they absorb nasty carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and give you back beautiful, clean, oxygen. They are the perfect houseplant to have around, as the long cold nights set in. Without me even realising it, they help me wind down and relax.
