Description
Aglaonema Cutlass lives up to its name with long, slender blade-shaped leaves. The leaf colour is a pale silver-green with darker green markings. An ideal houseplant for plant stands, bookshelves or office tables. Aglaonema Cutlass is a slow growing plant which typically reaches an ultimate height of around 40cm to 50cm. Cleans and improves air quality by filtering toxins from the surrounding environment such as Benzene and Formaldehyde. Aglaonema Cutlass is a native of the tropics and subtropics of Asia and New Guinea.
Aglaonema plant Care and Instruction
Proper care for aglaonema starts with its proper placement. Keep the plant where receives bright indirect sunlight. Place your plant far from doors, air vents, and windows in order to ensure it wont suffer from drafts. Fertilize the species at least 2 times per month. Water them from spring until autumn with an appropriate solution (1 teaspoon of soluble 20-20-20 analysis fertilizer and 1 gallon of water). Watering should be done early in the morning if the soil is dry. The most preferred method for aglaonema propagation is propagation via stem cuttings, but can also propagate through seeds and root cutting.
